We are so confident with our Ubertor website software that we do not lock clients into contracts. We want real estate agents to use our system that want to use it, not because they are locked into a contract. We work to earn your business and our software and support keeps it. If you buy online we will waive the setup fee.
What about support?
Ubertor offers 3 types of customer support. We have a knowledge-base built into our software so that you can easily find answers to your questions. You can also instantly have a live chat with our customer service through the live chat interface that is on every page of your control panel, or if you prefer, you can log into the customer forum and interact directly with our customer service team and other Ubertor users.
I want to frame in my property search, does Ubertor support that?
Yes, you can frame in your property search easily into a new page within your website. Actually, you can frame in any web page to your website quickly and easily.
How long does it take to create my website?
After completing your order online, your website will be ready in 60 seconds. That's right, 1 minute after filling in the order form you will be able to start adding listings, content and using your new website.
Can I use my domain name from my old website?
Yes, you can use any domain name for your new Ubertor website. Actually, you can point multiple domain names to your website if you wish.
What if I don't have a domain name?
No problem, you can register a domain name here (http://domains.ubertor.com). Remember to add multiple years to your registration as Google favors domains registered further into the future.
How can I cancel my website?
You can cancel your website quickly and easily through your control panel. Just click "BILLING" and you can cancel your website.
How does your refund policy work?
Ubertor is a month-to-month pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You are billed every 30 days for the service. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.
If I upgrade will I be billed twice this month? If I downgrade will I be prorated?
When you upgrade you are instantly upgraded to the higher plan but you don't have to pay the higher price until next month's bill. When you downgrade you are instantly downgraded, but you don't begin paying the lower rate until next month's bill.
