Within this new support portal we now offer:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Comprehensive Knowledge base <\/strong>&#8211; updated daily with new articles and relevant information about your Ubertor website (<a href=\"http:\/\/support.ubertor.com\/\">click here for support<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Live Chat<\/strong> &#8211; the addition of our live chat has been a huge success.  All you have to do is click the &#8220;Live Help&#8221; button to chat directly to one of our customer service reps. (<a href=\"http:\/\/support.ubertor.com\/\">click here for support<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Submit a Case<\/strong> &#8211; If the live chat option is unavailable you have the option to submit a case directly to our customer service team. (<a href=\"http:\/\/support.ubertor.com\/\">click here for support<\/a>) <\/p>\n<p>You will also notice the Live Chat feature on your Ubertor login screen, inside your control panel and many other places on our systems.  <\/p>\n<p>You will also notice the &#8220;type your question here&#8221; feature in your control panel.
