My 2 cents: I think it is a cool idea. More information when choosing an agents is always welcome. While doing the most deals is not necessarily the more important piece of information, it is a piece of the pie that will help consumers choose. Other important points could be: average dollar value of properties sold, area, type, etc.<\/p>\n
The downside will be for new people in the industry, but I’m sure there is a way to make it work so that you can get some “deals done” in an apprentice sort of role. What do you think of Houston’s new App idea?<\/p>\n
