We take feature requests and deal with them in quite a unique fashion.<\/p>\n<p>All feature requests are stored and itemized in our tracking system so that we can see:<br \/>\n&#8211; who requested the feature<br \/>\n&#8211; when<br \/>\n&#8211; how many agents have asked<br \/>\n&#8211; who are the agents<br \/>\n&#8211; where are the agents<br \/>\n&#8211; etc<\/p>\n<p>Then we add our own tidbit of information to the system with our thoughts on the request, additional ideas, worthiness, etc.  We also post it internally so that our sales team, customer service and programmers can speak up about their thoughts on the request.
