– Zillow.com<\/a> – a new web based tool that allows anyone to check the “Zestimate<\/a>” of a home within the US for free without having to give any personal information<\/a> at all. <\/p>\n – Zillow is tool for home owners, real estate agents, lookie loos, etc to use. I do think that it provides value in the real estate market but its Zestimates should be reviewed with a real estate agent who knows the market and understands the neighbourhood. <\/p>\n – Zillow strikes a deal<\/a> to power the home valuation section of Yahoo Real Estate<\/a><\/p>\n – The VC world believes in Zillow as they just raised an additional $25 Million<\/a> yesterday. <\/p>\n – With automation comes errors or incorrect information – as broken down with pictures and examples<\/a> by Greg Swann over at BloodhoundRealty.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n – Will Yahoo buy Zillow?
