The roll out this evening has just been completed and there are some excellent new additions to the Ubertor real estate website software. The first thing that I am proud to announce is an editable tab<\/strong> within the listings engine. <\/p>\n

What does that mean?<\/p>\n

The way our system displays listings<\/a> is second to none. For starters, the listings engine does not limit the number of photos per listing, it allows you to add floor plans, links to virtual tours and video, the listings can show the corresponding Google Maps with Satellite images, there is a mortgage calculator built in to every listing plus lots of other goodies. Here is an example of a listing with some of these features added: (Note: The Ubertor software only shows what the listing has, NOT what is does not have. So, if you do not have floor plans, the floor plans tab will not appear – no point showing what is not available to be seen)

If you look now in your Ubertor control panel within every listing you will see a tab marked as “extras”. Within this tab you can now add .jpg and .pdf files, PLUS the tab name is editable. <\/strong> <\/p>\n

That means you can have a tab called Strata Docs, Strata Minutes, Inspection Report, Flyer<\/strong> or whatever you want it to be. This now allows you to customize your listings even further by giving you the ability to manage the name and files within this tab. Take a moment to play with this feature.
