They hired a helicopter to take a few REALTORS on a tour of the new tower from EPTA Properties. Four of the city\u2019s top Chinese realtors, including Chris Chan (Regent Park Realty), Austin Kay (Remax), Thomas S.B. Chiu (Legend Real Estate) and Lu Wei (Coldwell Banker), were flown from Richmond to White Rock on a HeliJet to observe what you can only see from the air \u2013 White Rock\u2019s proximity to Richmond and its incredible natural beauty.<\/p>\n<p>The tour was designed to showcase <a href=\"http:\/\/avraliving.com\/\">AVRA<\/a>, the soon-to-be built 17-storey concrete tower, located in the heart of downtown White Rock.
