Combustion<\/a> is hiring… so I figured I would put the details on the blog as well. We are always expanding our sales team and we are looking for good people.<\/p>\n

Sales Executive – Outside Sales Position<\/p>\n

Our sales environment demands that you are a strong self-starter. We welcome those who are new to sales as well as seasoned sales professionals. Either way you must be committed to creating a rewarding career in sales and client relations. You will primarily work at expanding our existing client base through networking, cold calling, and targeting specific market segments. You will market our products, do on-site presentations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.<\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Passion for sales
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Research and build your own prospect lists (we will help you, but you need to do your part!)
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Able to handle rejection well; possess a naturally optimistic, positive, and hungry sales outlook
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Great at cross-selling, up-selling, and closing deals
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Strong communications skills (over the phone and in person)
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Able to time manage, set appointments and market information well
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Presentable and effective in person; most deals are closed in our clients’ offices
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Team oriented and able to contribute to creating a positive work environment<\/p>\n

Preferred, but not required:
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Sales experience relating to the Internet and telecommunications industries
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Knowledge of Internet marketing strategies
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Any experience related to web-based software<\/p>\n

Compensation for this position is paid on activity and commissions; if you follow our sales process you can expect to earn $25,000 to $45,000 per year. We provide the tools and support; all you need is the willingness to win!<\/p>\n
