A few weeks back, I wrote a blog post<\/a> about continually pursuing growth and learning – both professionally and personally through reading. This week I’d like to share Ubertor’s library<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0The topics of each book vary and range from business strategy, company culture, leadership, fitness and self-taught, do-it-yourself books.<\/p>\n

Team members have access to the books to engage, read and learn from. We’ve followed the Zappos belief that “Study after study shows that engaging employees through learning and education is much more effective in motivating employees than money or recognition. Motivated employees require less supervision, have a better attitude, and are more productive; all these factors will improve your bottom line.” <\/em>Our library is the first step in this direction.<\/p>\n
