Hi –<\/p>\n

I am looking to purchasing a condo in one of the new developments downtown. Ideally I wd like to work with an established property management company (who can potentially manage my purchase for lease-outs and rental) – and so am looking for a referral or an introduction. I’m looking for someone who can provide good info, can negotiate well on my behalf, and can assist us with docs\/legal matters as we live in the US (and are looking to buy in BC). Plan to visit BC in April and so want to start the communication soon.<\/p>\n

Also, if anyone out there has some feedback about the folks at Rennie Marketing, pls. let me know.<\/p>\n

Lastly, is there a good website\/blog out there that details current condo prices, going rates, etc. for downtown Vancouver.<\/p>\n
