Now within your Ubertor website a page can be created to map all of your listings onto a single Google Map. We have created the ability to do a Google Map Mashup of any of your listings, solds or custom category. It works quite well and can be uniquely implemented. We have added it into Kris Berg’s San Diego real estate website as well as Andrew Hasman’s Vancouver real estate website.
So far we have just implemented the Google Map Mashup onto sites that want to map their active listings and in one case, we mapped a clients solds. This agent had this page created as a hidden page on his website so that he and his team could have a visual of where they have sold homes in the Vancouver Area. They have begun using it in listing presentations to showcase the areas they focus on and volume of work they do.
