Last month I posted a picture of a condo developer in Vancouver’s marketing. I walked by that same window yesterday and the sign has been changed. We have lots of discussion about last months, even the developer got involved in the conversation – what do you think of this months?

I vote on owning the island. My Grandfather bought an island 35 years ago. Now my Mom, 6 Uncles and Aunts plus me and my 12 cousins own this one: http://tinyurl.com/4mq42n . This statement unlike last month’s actually creates a picture and brings out emotion for me. I’d go in to see what they’re up to.

Shane… I vote visiting an island, my favorite (Paros, Greece) http://tiny.cc/tMnMp outside of Real Estate, kiteboarding is my next passion and Paros in one of the best places in the world for it. Recently in Toronto, developers have had to become more competitive with the commissions they are offering realtors with buyers to encourage them to bring qualified buyers to the showrooms.
