Hi Drew and Scott,
We are currently own a home in Hamilton, On…We own it for 5 yrs + ( we just renewed our mortgage). Our family is getting bigger..4 children + 1 in law so we are really cramp. I know you are currently looking for casting in Vancouver but if you can consider me in the future..honestly I don’t have any idea on selling/buying home, yes we bought our first home 6 yrs ago the same year we migrated in Canada so that time we just take whatever is readily available for us not knowing our options,please help our family to have our dream home, my children’s dream is to have a decent bedroom. I truly appreciate any help or guidance you would tell us. We can wait for a year to move in for a new home…..we are also considering a newly build home in the area of Hamilton,grimsby,Winona area. Home (semi) in the Beach of Toronto has been lovinly taken care of by sole support Mother of two for over 40 years. Need to move on with my life now that kids are on their own. Beach character home has original woodwork that has not been painted, stain glass windows, 3 BR and 2 baths, parking for two cars, 1200 sq. ft., landscaped gardens. Would love to see what you two could do with this and help this tired old home and gal.

Love your show. Me and my grown kids watch you all the time. (btw, you’re both cute) My daughters friend actually got a text back from Drew asking who was the cutest.
Anyways, it sounds like you guys are needed in Toronto and the Golden Horseshoe area.
I live in Burlington ON, and my husband & I need to sell! We have had change in jobs and salary over the last 3 years and can no longer afford our 2 story house on a 50 x 150 lot in the south-east, close to the lake. We haven’t had money or time to update this beautiful space (big deck & hot tub) and we need to get top dollar just to be able to afford a mortgage in a much smaller space.
Would love to know if you have plans to be in this area in the near future, we are targeting April 2014 to list.

I need a lot of improvements to my 2500 square foot home in Tsawwassen, BC. I am on a disability pension due to a workplace injury and cannot do anything on my own. I have a deck that is leaking into living space, furnace and hot water tank on there last legs, some carpeting that is in need of replacing, a kitchen that is old and awful, etc. you would make a huge difference and your changes would show really well on TV.

My husband and I along with our 10 month old daughter are outgrowing our town home very quickly! We want to continue expanding our family and don’t want to wait any longer to do it! We have been looking at new homes in our area but they are all so close together with lots no bigger than what we currently have. We want a big lot with a tree I can tie a tire swing to and we realize the only way to do that is to fix up an older home. We are located in Stoney Creek Ontario. Please help us, we are busting at the seams here!!!!!

I love your show. My husband and I currently own a home in Naperville Ill and are looking to sell and buy another. Not sure how to do this with a one year old and another baby due at the end of march. The home is 3030 sq feet. We have done some work to it but it still needs more. It is a beautiful home in a great area, but we are looking for something a bit smaller. A few homes that we have looked at do need a lot of work. We don’t know how to start and need help. If you ever look into this area we would love to have the chance to show you our home.

Would you consider Red Deer Alberta? We’re ready for a significant upgrade, and although our home is nice, it certainly is dated. Too much oak and it needs to go! We’re in a desirable area with alot of amenities but the house needs an update to get us top dollar. We are able to put a lot of time and money in our existing home in order to buy a new one.

Drew and Scott,
We are a family of 5 with 3 super athletic,energetic, intelligent boys! We built our 2400sq/ft home 3 years ago and are now desperate to move closer to all of our boys activities as well as jobs. I am a nurse and my husband is a police officer, with 2 parents juggling shift work as well as all the boys extra curricular activities living in this small town no longer meets our needs. We have had our house for sale for months with no luck! I have also been searching for our dream home for over a year unable to find the perfect one. With a limited budget I know we desperately need your help! I have a great husband, but when it comes to renovations he has nor the time nor the skill. Our entire family watches your shows regularly and it would honestly be a dream come true to become part of such an extraordinary experience! I understand we live outside of Toronto, but please take the time to at least hear our story.
