Floor plans have become an essential marketing tool for today’s competitive Real Estate industry. Draft On Site has the fastest and most accurate method of measuring floor plans in the industry. We draft on site using lasers synced to tablets with architectural grade AutoCAD software. There is no rounding of any measurements taken on site, and structural elements like foundation thickness, columns and stair wells can be used to double check for accuracy while on the property. Out technology allows for minimal time on site (as fast as 1800 sqft/hour) and a lightning fast turn around of 6 business hours or less from the time we leave the property to when you receive your preliminary floor plan. We have a full in house drafting team from 9:30-6:30 touching up floor plans and taking care of your alterations in less than 1 hour from when you send in an edit request.
Every floor plan is custom branded with your website banner, or any other image you send us. There is no outsourcing of any of our work, all drafting is done in house by our drafting technicians in Vancouver BC, and all of our staff have had criminal record checks in addition to months of training and continuous quality control checks from supervisors.
