Is there a free trial?

There are no free package tiers at the moment, but feel free to get in touch with us if you are interested. We might have something in store for you.


How could I get started with the service?

Thanks for the interest! You can fill out the form and one of our sales representatives will get in touch with you.


What do you typically need from me for this service?

The basic information about the realtor and brokerage, as well as information about the listings. We will be asking for profile images, logos, and at least 10 property photos.


What does “Basic Image Editing” mean?

It means we will improve your images by adjusting white balance, saturation, and vibrance. We will not replace or add anything that is not originally on the photo such as the sky or furniture. We will just improve the shot and not manipulate it.


How can I access the created files?

We will create a Dropbox folder that we’ll share with you to place your files and images. On that same folder, you can access all the design files our team will create based on your subscription.


What file formats will I get?

All the image files will be sent back to you in JPG format. The enhanced property photos will be sent back using the original resolution and dimension. The Social Media Image posts will be optimally resized according to their respective destination. The brochure on the other hand will be sent in letter-sized PDF format. Your landing page will be delivered to you as a page in your Ubertor website.


Will my property images be secure?

Rest assured that all of your information and files shared with us will not be shared or sold with any third-parties. Only you and Ubertor will have access to the dropbox folder that has your images unless you share it with others.


Can I have a theme that is specifically made for me?

Sure, we can help you with that. Just let us know and we’ll have our sales representative contact you for a proper quote based on your needs


Will you be posting the created social media posts to my pages?

No. We will just create the images that you can post on your timeline and stories.


How long should it take to have my items prepared?

Turnaround time per design is no more than 24-48 hours upon request (per listing)


How does my monthly service expire?

Monthly deliverables are done once the client reaches a specified # of listings on their current package or 30 days has passed


I don’t have a new listing to promote next month. Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription given that you gave us at least a week’s notice before your next subscription cycle starts.


What if I needed more listings serviced than what I have subscribed for the month?

If the client has used up all of their listing credit for the month but needed more, they can upgrade their plan to have additional credits


What if I have some revisions/updates on what is already created for me?

Revisions/Updates on a listing after it is published/delivered (Such as a change in price) will count as a new listing order as we will have to reproduce all pertinent deliverables and will require the same amount of effort. Provided info has to be deemed correct before ticking a listing complete, accuracy is the client’s responsibility.
