I have been dealing with Combustion for over a year now, first for a website obtained with my former partner, and secondly for a website recently constructed for just me. With both websites, you and your staff were helpful and knowledgeable, though my comments as outlined in this letter are mainly focused on my current website, www.lancephillips.com.
My wife, Wendy, is responsible for the maintenance and daily housekeeping on my new site, and she is amazed at how easy it is to do both. Both of us have attended your training sessions, which are informative, relevant and fun and are impressed with the ever-evolving tutorials that you supply to your clients.
Wendy is certain that she must drive your colleagues insane with her constant requests and changes, however they are always met with courtesy and done in a timely manner. The individual assigned to deal with our account, Clinton Ma, is always cheerful and polite whenever Wendy calls/e-mail’s and he always endeavors to provide service as quickly as time will allow.
At a recent open house for a listing of mine that has since sold, I received three unsolicited compliments from people viewing the property regarding the ease of use of my website. I also recently had a sales agent from a different company comment favorably about my use of the blog and the content contained within it. All the advise you have given us in that regard even has my competition checking out the website!
All in all, we are very pleased with the service we have received from Combustion Labs/Ubertor and are looking forward to a long business relationship with you.
