The BCIT Venture Program has asked me to speak again at one of their classes. This time it is for the BEST Program which is a similar program to the Venture Program. The topic they have asked me to cover is “How to Sell to Businesses from Cold Calling to Closing and Beyond”. It should be fun.
I attended the Venture Program in 2000 and it was a great program. It was a quick 3 month program that run full time. It was an excellent course. In the last couple of years, they have hired me to speak to their classes as well as their small business students. I quite enjoy it and it is great public speaking experience. There are anywhere from 30 to 130 students in the sessions and I usually have to speak for 3 hours.

This is the first review i’ve seen for the BCIT Venture Program. We just had someone from the program come and speak at BCIT and somewhat promote the Venture Program as well as touch on points of negotiations. I would like to ask you, if you could answer me by email, why it was you took the program? and what did you accomplish coming out of the program?
