On Tuesday, October 7th 2008 we will be doing something a little different at the Vancouver Real Estate Technology Meetup. I have asked 3 tech savvy Realtors to come and sit on a panel and discuss the technology that they use. Ian Watt, Tom Everitt and Matthew Collinge will be on hand to answer your real estate technology questions.

If your interested to find out:

Does Facebook work to generate business?
Is online video worth doing?
What print marketing did you cut? what do you still do?

plus much much more.

Bring your questions and bring a friend. This is going to be an interactive session.

Be sure to RSVP.

See you Tuesday.

Sounds like a very interesting discussion. I was out with a client last night. We e-mailed him the listings on tour before. When we went out on tour he gps’d us to the homes & even though it was dark he could use his i phone to see the sizes strata fees etc. instead of asking me questions they were all answered on his i phone. Made my job so much easier just needed to drive & make light conversation. Lets see what new technology is out there & how it can be applied to make our job easier & more fun. See you all Tuesday. Still happening @ the Irish Pub on Seymore St?

@ Bryon – What search result were you looking for?
“Yaletown Real Estate” is one of his terms – http://tinyurl.com/4n4usw
“Yaletown Penthouses” is one of his terms – http://tinyurl.com/3grssj

He targets very specific terms. “Vancouver Real Estate” is a large term that does not really mean much. Most people searching get much more specific than that.

Everything always depends on the search terms that your focusing on.

    Thanks

    Steve
