Worth taking a look at these articles especially if you have ever written “must see!”, “an overabundance of exclamation points” or “new paint” within your listing description.

    Great advice. Indeed, writing a unique listing description is an art. One of the things that baffles me is listings that appear to be written as if the Realtor were paying for every character, as in a classified ad.

    Don’t be afraid to share some (plenty!) useful info on the property, and a touch of personality that will be reflective of that property. That’s my two cents, anyway.
