I definitely like the new design! I’m glad she didn’t go with the traditional Remax red, white and blue and decided to go with her own style. That should really set her site apart from the others.
My only gripe is with the typography. I think the logo looks great, but the usage inside the site itself I believe could use a little love. The line height in the body of the home page looks a bit tight.
PS. The link to her site isn’t working. I see where you want to point to, but this blog post URL is prepended to the link and causing it to 404 your site.
