Now within your Ubertor website you can enable Google+ sharing. It works the same way the Twitter and Facebook integration work. Just click on “marketing” then “social networks” to enable Google+ within your Ubertor website. Once you have enabled it, the Google+ icon will show up on your listings, solds and blog posts. Google + is a game changer. I’ve seen two people do the exact same search, using the same terms, and getting completely different results. Why? Because your friends now influence results. Having a large social network is important, because search engines are now bringing their influence into the results.

This is only part of it. Google has had “personalized search” for years. – http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2005/06/search-gets-personal.html – The idea being that what I search for, helps Google understand me and make my future searches for relevant.
For example, if I love music and search for “bass” I will get bass guitars, etc.
If you love fishing, and search “bass” you will bass fish results.
Even though we both searched the same thing.

Fantastic! I just enabled it on my website. Google has definitely cornered the market on relevance. Proof of this is how infrequently I have to click to page 2 of the search results.
