Ubertor Whistler recently had a visit by the Advisor Websites Vancouver Team to take a tour of our office and see how all the magic happens! We first showed them around our office including our pantry and where we have our morning “Stand Up Meetings” with the team in Manila. The boys got a first hand experience of how we conduct our morning meetings with UberBryan (Vancouver) and our Manila team.

The Advisor Websites team observing Ubertor’s morning Stand Up Meeting. Each morning we discuss what we did the day before , what is on our plate that day (in terms of tasks – not food), and any roadblocks in the way of current workflow. This allows full communication and transparency between our offices and team members.

It was great to have the Advisor Websites Team come visit us and take the full tour of our office and software. We are looking forward to stopping by their office one day, to learn more about their company.
