We’re getting up close and personal with you…

Last week, I was able to sit down with one of our newest clients, Whistler Realtor Sharon Audley and have a quick one on one consultation to help her build her dream website (which is still a work in progress). Sharon was kind enough to come by our office located in beautiful Whistler British Columbia to discuss how she envisioned what is simply, building her own brand and image to her clients and the general public. After meeting with Sharon, I thought I would write this blog post to share my experience, in hopes of inspiring other Realtors with a few simple rules.

Rule 1: Simple, Sleek & Sexy

The most important rule to remember when building your website is to follow the 3S’s. Remember, your website is your branding image, and in this very competitive industry, marketing is everything. When thinking about branding, you always want to ensure what you present to the public represents who you are and what you bring to the table. In many cases, the motif of “simple, sleek and sexy” always works. Think Steve Jobs and Apple.

 Rule 2: The Client Experience.

Besides having a beautifully designed website, you want the client to keep coming back again and again searching for information and listings. Knowing Sharon is located here in Whistler, we both knew we had to connect her clients through her website and give them a little taste of that Whistler experience. I was able to show Sharon our flash banner feature in which you can pick any picture you want (in this case pictures of Whistler’s natural beauty) and offer your customers a way to connect with you, and their dream home.

Rule 3: Know that Ubertor is here to help!

Whether it’s calling our very talented customer support agents or coming by to say “Hi” at our beautiful Whistler office, we love keeping in touch with our clients and to help you get the most out of your website. Remember sometimes you may not even know you have a great feature available to use on your website until you contact us…So give us a call or come by to say hi!
