The training sessions that we had the other day was outstanding and a great success. We had about 12 agents arrive and the session ran for about an hour and a half. We received excellent feedback about the training and are going to continue refining our sessions till we perfect them.
We have increased our training schedule and added these dates for the coming days:

Monday, March 14th 2005 – 4:00pm
Wednesday, March 16th 2005 – 10:00am
