  1. Copy the video video URL
  2. Go to Listings and click on the listing's MLS® number where to add the video.
  3. Click on the Video tab.
  4. Click on the "Embed an existing video from an online Video Service"
  5. Follow the video URL format by removing "s" from https:// eg: http://www.viddler.com/...
  6. Paste the video URL then click on the Embed button.

  2. Click the edit(pencil)icon of the listing where you want to add the video.
  3. Click on Media. Next,click on the Video tab and then click on the "Embed Video From URL" button.
  4. Paste the video URL on the "URL to the Video" field and then click on the Embed button.
  5. Click onContinue and Save.

  1. Go to Listings and then click on "Options"
  2. Click on the "Auto Blog" tab.
  3. Set "yes" to the listings you want to auto blog.
  4. Click on Update.

    1. Go to Pages then click on the Advanced button on the page you want to add the video to.
    2. Click on "Custom HTML Editor"
    3. On the Page Editor, click on the "Insert" tab and then click on Media.
    4. Paste the Video URL on the "Source" field and then set your preferred video dimensions.
    5. Click on the "Ok" button and then click on Save.

    1. Click on Listings and then click on the "Appearance & Settings" icon.
    2. Click on the "Custom Badges" tab and then click on the Add New Badge button.
    3. Type in the Badge Name, select the Listing Status, type in the badge text, select the background and text colors and then click on the Save icon.

    1. Go to Listings then click on All Listings.
    2. Enable the slide button located on the "SET AS FEATURED" column of the listing that you want to set as featured
    3. You will know when that listing is set as featured when that slide button turns to green.

    You need to check your listing's Trash tab to see if there are currently Active and Sold listings stored on it. This tab acts as a safety net to make it easier to restore accidentally deleted listings. But while on this tab, they are still being counted by the system that adds to your number of listings limits. To open up slots for your additional listings,those listings needs to be deleted completely.

    1. Click on Listings and then click on the "All Listings" icon.
    2. Click the edit(pencil)icon of the listing where you want to add the video.
    3. Click on Extras. Next,click on the Extra tab and then type in the Tab Title eg. Floor Plan then click on Save.
    4. Next, import you floor plan file by drag and drop or clicking on the Select File button on the Extra Content section.
    5. Click Continue and Save

    2. To print your invoices, click on the "Info" icon of the invoice you want to print.

    To hide a page:

    1. Click on Pages. Then hover the mouse pointer on the title of the page that you want to hide and click on Settings.
    2. Then click on the "Hide Page" from the menu selections.

    To delete a page:

    1. Click on Pages. Then hover the mouse pointer on the title of the page that you want to hide and click on Settings.
    2. Then click on the "Trash" from the menu selections.

    To hide a page, go to Pages and click on the Hide(eye)icon on the page you want to hide.

    To delete a page, go to Pages then hover the mouse pointer on the title of the page that you want to delete and click on the Advanced button. Then click on the Trash page.

    If you are having difficulty importing an MLS® number, then the reason can be one of several issues :

    1. Sold listings are not available for MLS® import. You can, however, add sold listings by hand to your website.
    2. Ubertor gets its MLS® data directly from the regional MLS® boards, not MLS.ca.
    3. Listings are usually delayed about 12 hours. Because of this, some systems such as MLXchange will show listings sooner than Ubertor. This is an MLS® Board imposed restriction.
    4. Listings are also sometimes exempt from display on the internet or reciprocity agreements. Because of this, some systems such as MLXchange will show unavailable to Ubertor. This is an MLS® Board imposed restriction.
    5. If you feel that you are unable to download a listing for reasons other than those stated above, please create a support case regarding your problem.
